Cancellation & Refund Policy – Char Dham Cab

We kindly request customers to avoid last-minute cancellations wherever possible. For Char Dham Yatra bookings, drivers and vehicles are often reserved in advance and routes are planned accordingly. Early cancellation helps us manage schedules better.

This policy applies to all Char Dham Yatra tours, one-way, round-trip and outstation taxi bookings made with Char Dham Cab.

Pickup Time Categories

Pickup timings are divided as:
• Night Pickup: 12:00 AM – 3:59 AM
• Day Pickup: 4:00 AM – 11:59 PM

Day Pickup Cancellation (4:00 AM – 11:59 PM)

For day pickup bookings, cancellation must be informed at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

Eligible bookings will receive a full refund after deduction of minimal payment gateway or transaction charges.

Night Pickup Cancellation (12:00 AM – 3:59 AM)

For night pickup bookings, customers must inform at least 12 hours in advance due to early driver and vehicle allocation.

• If full payment is made, 70% refund will be processed and 30% retained towards operational costs.
• If only advance payment is made, it will be non-refundable.

Char Dham Yatra Bookings

For multi-day Char Dham Yatra bookings, vehicles are reserved for multiple days. Cancellation policies may vary depending on trip duration and advance blocking of vehicles. Additional retention charges may apply in such cases.

Change in Travel Plan

Any change in route, destination or travel plan will result in revised pricing. If the revised fare is not accepted, the booking will be treated as cancellation as per the above rules.

Last-Minute Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations within the minimum notice period or customer unavailability at pickup will be treated as No-Show. No refund will be applicable.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Payment gateway or bank charges are non-refundable.
